Last week I shared in church about how i excited I was to have a full house again. Having all the children at home at the same time is becoming a rarity these days 😅
I know parenting is tough and demanding, but mehn! When the children are grown and usually home for much shorter periods than out of home, you cherish their disturbances and the inconveniences associated with having them around as in the early years.
If your children are still young, enjoy this season and stop complaining. The time cometh when you’ll long for these times. Thank God for NaDem, another opportunity for parenting all over again. Going for school runs now. Ok bye 👌🏾😂

In time, many of the things we currently pride ourselves as having really look like a joke!
Focus on eternal things…….people (God’s biggest assets), your inner man, and your identity and expressions as God’s own.
You wan try the bedazzled BB case ni? I stumbled on these on one of my decluttering escapades sometime ago. Chai! O ga o 🤪😂

FGCI @ 50! If we no dey there live, we represent!👌🏾👍🏾 NaDem dey do hypeman for side 🤪😂 …
A brief video capturing bits of our FGCI journey.
As I uploaded this video, I wondered how on earth I would’ve met and connected with such diverse number of people from different parts of Nigeria if I hadn’t attended a Federal Government college. From Tunde Mo' Aguda, Gbonjubola Sanni, Matilda La'ah-Ajayi Bukola S Adedigba Seni Allen Iniobong Bob-Manuel Aderinola Sokunbi Abu-saeed Muhammad Buhari Jamie Sesan Asani Raliat Omanise Obaje-Adofu Adetohun Ojo Mercy Ayanru Okoro and so many more. I’m glad I met you all. It’s so sad because today, I can’t even get my children to go the same school I have some great memories of.
As FGCI celebrates 50 years, I pray for God’s customized, Midas touch on our nation, for it’s deliverance and restoration, such that Nigeria will be one Nation under God, where peace, progress and justice reign. Amen 🙏
N.B: Watch till the end, something happened there 🤪😂 …

You see, some things happen around that remind us that money is overrated. Yes, it is; especially when the hustle and quest for money has taken away our humanity.
These days, I come across people who are so stressed. I have become more conscious about speaking a kind word, giving a compliment, a thoughtful message, a prayer, a voicenote, you need to see how people’s faces light up! It’s priceless!
We need money no doubt, and we probably don’t have enough to give everyone in need of it around us, but kind words give life, literally. Don’t discount them.
Studying God’s word daily keeps me fresh and hopeful to be able to rise above my personal needs and see others. Pls don’t navigate these tough times without daily doses of God’s word. It’s the source code.
I hope this helps someone.

Ah! Stop complaining!
I just got off the phone with one of my younger sisters who is currently on a posting at work to the cardiac centre of her office.
She said her gratitude level has increased lately as regularly sees people with blocked arteries, coronary heart disease, heart failure, and many more. Many are regularly scared of surgery as they fear they may not make it!
If you read this, God has been mighty good to you!!! Ah! Don’t be ungrateful! Pause and do a song of praise; a dance if you wish. Then enter your week with that attitude.
You’re a miracle on 2 legs! Health is wealth 🙏
Have a gratitude filled week!

If someone you employed turns out to be a hiring error, this post is for you.
I know some people are experts only at job interviews, and when they are hired, their true colors start to show. What then should you do if you realized that you have been “scammed”?🤷♀️😳
My thought is, don’t make things worse by calling this person names or venting on him/her. I know it’s painful, but bosses are supposed to hold it together, innit? Ensure that his/her performance indicators are clear, and if it’s a clear case of incompetence, please let the person go in such that a way that he/she is not bitter or damaged.
It is wrong to call people names or withhold their salaries because of incompetence. He that hires, can fire (or as my preference is, advise the person to resign). That way, the person is not damaged further. He/she can later find a place that suits their skill sets.
I recently met someone who is still battling panic attacks and depression courtesy of the boss at a place she stopped working almost a year ago.
Pls Sir/Ma, I know it’s tough to run a business (moreso in Naija), let’s try and make it easier for people. There’s a life outside of a job/business🙏
Abi, my people, ki le feel?👍🏾
