This article was taken from the blog of a friend and brother, Praise Fowowe, who has been currently working on a sexpurecentric project whose vision can be summarized by the statement below: “A sexpurecentric world is possible. Join the madness, treat a lady right and educate somebody right today.” Everywhere he goes, he makes the following statements which I believe strongly:
Here are more facts to chew on for the weekend: • “A man who is strong spiritually, sure of his purpose, and actively working towards the fulfillment of his destiny is the sexiest man on earth to a woman”. • Because women view men as knights in shining armor, women expect men to know some things we do not know. The savvy man, who is well rounded, with knowledge on various subjects, is exciting to a woman. Therefore be well read, if not experienced.
Hello Friends, The following are some of the quotes i got from the book from Michelle McKinney Hammond on “Finding the Right Woman For You”: • A woman can make or break a man, therefore, not just any woman will do! Make sure she adds to your life and does not subtract from your quality of living. • The enemy will use a woman to distract you from your purpose and rob you of your destiny. Check yourself and your productivity when involved with the woman in your life.
During the May Day holiday, I started reading a book titled, “Finding the Right Woman For You” by Michelle McKinney Hammond and I’ll like to share some things I learnt from it with my readers. For a while now, I’ve had opportunities to speak with guys who seem to have everything but are confused or scared of making a mistake in their choice of a good woman. I must say that for men and women, finding “The One” seems to be as elusive as finding a needle in a haystack. It’s very likely though, that your mindset could be
Have you ever taken time to read a marriage vow before? Before I got married, i had attended scores of weddings where the bride and groom went through the ‘tradition’ of taking their marriage vows and at a point, i could recite most of the lines of the marriage vows by heart. I was speaking with some guys some days ago and one of them asked one of his friends why he was not yet married. He said he was not yet ready, he then asked him what it takes to be ready. I watched and listened as they chatted
Trust is a five letter word which represents the foundation on which every relationship is built. A relationship is only as strong as the degree of trust exhibited by the people in it. Marriage is the strongest bond that can exist between a man and a woman and by its nature, it demands that a couple trust each other IMPLICITLY. There can’t be trust in a marriage relationship when both parties did not tell each other EVERYTHING about their past lives before getting married. The person who tells half truth will believe the other person is also keeping some things
This was a question i was asked last weekend in the course of a discussion i had with a group of ladies. They were attentive and ready to grab the “tips” i was about to dish out to them on what to look out for. They asked me to give them practical steps they could take to make the right decision. There is only one answer to this question. That is, “BE THE RIGHT LADY”. How will this be done? Build the right relationships, do away with unproductive and destiny destroying relationships. A lady who has all her life or
This is a statement I heard several times before I started a relationship. Somewhere in my thinking when I was much younger, was a mindset that you should get married to someone who you meet when you’re “ready for the altar”, who you have only feelings for and who what you share with is purely physical. I had my fantasies and day dreamt of marrying a “man” who I was yet to meet and would meet “someday”. I have known my husband as far back as when I was in JS 2, infact, we were friends. We were so close
For a while now, I’ve been closing late from work and meeting my daughter fast asleep anytime I got home, I didn’t feel good that it was becoming a trend. I wanted to be there, to help her with her homework, read her bible stories and just be there to answer her MANY questions (she’s at that stage of asking lots of questions now), to make us develop the bond that will prove very useful as she grows older. Yesterday, I was able to close early and I dashed home; my daughter was ecstatic when she saw me; i had
